Antistatic & ATEX Hose

Hoses with antistatic or electrostatically conductive construction, for conveying dusts, powders, granules and fumes where static build-up is a hazard. Antistatic and ATEX are not the same thing: some hoses simply dissipate static charge, while others are suitable for use in ATEX / potentially explosive atmospheres — and then only when correctly earthed. Always check the individual product's datasheet for its exact electrical rating and ATEX suitability, and ensure the hose is properly earthed for your zone and application.
