1. About us. This website is operated by Industrial Air Spares Ltd, trading as "Flex Appeal" ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17141124), registered office Ground Floor, Radley House, Richardshaw Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS28 6LE. VAT No. GB 517 4327 95.
2. Using our site. By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate and, where buying as a business, that you are authorised to do so. You must be 18 or over to place an order.
3. Products & descriptions. We take care to describe and specify products accurately using manufacturer data. Technical figures (bore, temperature, pressure, vacuum, bend radius etc.) are nominal guidance; it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm a product is suitable for their intended application. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.
4. Orders & acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation/dispatch notice. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is mispriced or unavailable) and will refund any payment taken.
5. Pricing & payment. Prices are shown excluding VAT by default, and you can switch to VAT- inclusive pricing at any time using the Ex/Inc VAT toggle. VAT at the prevailing rate is applied at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payment is taken at the time of order.
6. Made-to-order goods. Manufactured-to-order items are produced to your specification and cannot be cancelled or returned once in production, except where faulty (see Returns & Refund Policy).
7. Availability & lead times. Stock availability and lead times are indicated on product pages and are estimates, not guarantees.
8. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not affect a consumer's statutory rights.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
