Where we ship. We currently deliver to the UK mainland only. We're not yet able to ship to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly or Channel Islands — we're working on adding these soon. If you're in one of these areas and would like to order, please get in touch and we'll help where we can.
Delivery charges. UK mainland delivery is a flat £25 per order, and delivery is free on orders over £250. The delivery cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch — in-stock items. In-stock items ordered before 12:00 (noon) on a working day are dispatched the same day, for next-working-day delivery.
Dispatch — made-to-order items. Some products are made to order. The expected dispatch time is shown on each product page and in your basket (typically from a few days up to around 6 weeks, depending on the item).
Orders ship complete. If your order contains a made-to-order item, all items are dispatched together once everything is ready, at the longest lead time shown in your basket. If you need an in-stock item sooner, please order it separately.
Delivery times. Once dispatched, UK mainland deliveries normally arrive within 1–3 working days. Some large or bulky items are sent on a pallet, which can take a little longer. We can't be responsible for courier delays outside our control, but we'll always help chase a delayed delivery.
Tracking. Where available, we'll email your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. For made-to-order items, tracking is provided at the point of dispatch (not when you place the order).
VAT. Prices are shown excluding VAT by default; VAT is added at checkout. You can view prices inclusive of VAT at any time using the Ex/Inc VAT toggle.
