The Carflex 300 is a exhaust gas hose for exhaust fumes up to 300 °c. It is very flexible and light in weight, moderately pressure resistant / pressure resistance depending on design, not recommended for overpressure applications, with a inside silver-grey, outside green-grey, scuff protection profile red wall.
Constructed as a spiral hose with clamping profile, it operates from -60 °C to +300 °C (peaks to 300 °C flue gas temperature, for proper use flue gas funnels are required and a sufficient supply of fresh air (approx. 50% based on the maximum specified temperature)). Available in bore sizes from 63–150 mm, in 10 m, 15 m lengths.
Wall material: flame retardant.
Note: ATEX / explosion-zone suitability must always be assessed for your specific installation by the operator.
