The Flamex B-F H Blue is a heavy-duty, flame-retardant polyurethane extraction hose — the tougher, high-vacuum choice for demanding wood chip and dust extraction. Flexible yet very pressure-resistant, its abrasion-resistant wall stands up to coarse chips, shavings and offcuts, and the bold blue finish looks the part on a workshop or production floor.
Built as a PU film hose with a metal spiral and a pure polyester-polyurethane wall (approx. 0.7 mm between the spirals), it runs from -40 °C to +90 °C (short peaks to 125 °C) and compresses roughly 1:3. Available in bore sizes from 38 mm to 400 mm in 10 m and 15 m coils.
Wall material: flame-retardant, highly abrasion-resistant polyester polyurethane.

When a lightweight hose won’t survive the workload, this is the step up. The thicker, highly abrasion-resistant wall and excellent tensile and tear strength make it ideal for chip extraction from most heavier woodworking machines — including planer-thicknessers, spindle moulders, tenoners, four-siders and CNC routers — and for long or high-vacuum ducting runs to a central extractor or cyclone. Its flame-retardant wall suits the combustible dust and chips generated in timber, joinery and cabinet-making environments, while staying flexible enough to route around machinery.
