🔧 Add the right clamp iClip-Grip seats into the hose clamping spiral for the tightest seal on clamp-profile hoses. Worm-Gear is the familiar adjustable jubilee-style band that fits almost any hose. Both are sized to your bore.

Seal your hose properly — sized automatically to match the bore you selected. We’ve added 2 — one for each end of the hose. Adjust if you need more or fewer.

Overview

The Master-Clip HT 1100 is a medium- and high temperature hose for temperatures up to 1100 °c. It is very flexible and heavy in weight, moderately pressure resistant / pressure resistance depending on design, not recommended for overpressure applications, with a silver grey wall.

Constructed as a spiral hose with clamping profile with a stainless steel wire mesh wall, it operates from -20 °C to +1100 °C (peaks to 1100 °C exhaust gas temperature with proper use. For negative pressure applications and at least 50% fresh air at maximum temperature). Available in bore sizes from 75–900 mm, in 6 m, 10 m lengths.

Key features

  • Silicone-free
  • Flame resistant

Frequently asked questions

It operates across -20 °C to +1100 °C, with short-term peaks to 1100 °C exhaust gas temperature with proper use. For negative pressure applications and at least 50% fresh air at maximum temperature. Confirm your medium and pressure for continuous high-temperature use.
Bore sizes run from 75 mm to 900 mm, in 6 m, 10 m coil lengths.
This is a clamp-profile hose, designed for the Clip-Grip Hose Clamp, which locks into the clamping spiral for the most secure seal. Add the size matching your bore.
