🔧 Add the right clamp iClip-Grip seats into the hose clamping spiral for the tightest seal on clamp-profile hoses. Worm-Gear is the familiar adjustable jubilee-style band that fits almost any hose. Both are sized to your bore.

Seal your hose properly — sized automatically to match the bore you selected. We’ve added 2 — one for each end of the hose. Adjust if you need more or fewer.

Overview

The Master-Clip HT 450 is a exhaust gas hose for exhaust gas temperatures up to 450 °c, two layers. It is very flexible and medium heavy in weight, moderately pressure resistant / pressure resistance depending on design, not recommended for overpressure applications, with a silver grey wall.

Constructed as a spiral hose with clamping profile with a glass fabric wall, it operates from -20 °C to +450 °C (peaks to 450 °C exhaust gas temperature (peaks to 500 °C), for proper use exhaust gas funnels are required and a sufficient supply of fresh air (approx. 50% based on the maximum specified temperature)). Available in bore sizes from 50–900 mm, in 6 m, 10 m, 15 m lengths.

Key features

  • Good resistance to chemicals
  • Good UV resistance
  • Good ozone resistance
  • Weather-resistant

Standards & compliance

Wall material: flame retardant according to DIN EN 13501-1 (class B1, s2: medium smoke development; d0: no burning droplet; fall within 600 seconds).

Note: ATEX / explosion-zone suitability must always be assessed for your specific installation by the operator.

It operates across -20 °C to +450 °C, with short-term peaks to 450 °C exhaust gas temperature (peaks to 500 °C), for proper use exhaust gas funnels are required and a sufficient supply of fresh air (approx. 50% based on the maximum specified temperature). Confirm your medium and pressure for continuous high-temperature use.
Bore sizes run from 50 mm to 900 mm, in 6 m, 10 m, 15 m coil lengths.
This is a clamp-profile hose, designed for the Clip-Grip Hose Clamp, which locks into the clamping spiral for the most secure seal. Add the size matching your bore.
