The Master PU LF is an ultra-lightweight polyurethane extraction and transfer hose — the go-to when you want a hose that’s effortless to handle and bends into tight spaces. Exceptionally flexible with a small bending radius, it’s ideal for portable extractors, hand-held tools and cramped workshop hook-ups where a stiffer hose simply won’t route.
Built as a PU film hose with a metal spiral and a hard-wearing polyester-polyurethane wall (approx. 0.4 mm between the spirals), it’s air-tight for efficient suction, runs from -40 °C to +90 °C (short peaks to 125 °C) and compresses roughly 1:5 for easy storage. Available in bore sizes from 38 mm to 406 mm in 6 m, 10 m and 15 m coils.

Its low weight and small bending radius make it easy to reposition all day and route around tight machinery — connecting portable extractors, hand tools and machines, or acting as a flexible tail between fixed ducting and equipment. The abrasion-resistant, air-tight wall keeps suction strong and resists everyday grit, and the earthable steel spiral helps dissipate static. It’s a favourite for lightweight workshop chip and shaving extraction and portable set-ups where flexibility and low weight matter most.
