The Master-PUR HX Trivolution is a PU transport hose & suction hose, highly abrasion resistant and vacuum proof, with reinforcement. It is moderately flexible and heavy in weight, very pressure resistant, with a transparent wall.
Constructed as a profile extruded hose with metal spiral with a polyester polyurethane wall, it operates from -40 °C to +90 °C (peaks to 125 °C). Available in bore sizes from 32–300 mm, in 10 m, 15 m, 20 m lengths.
Wall material: surface resistance R₀ < 10⁹ Ohm, measured according to DIN EN ISO 8031; flame retardant according to DIN 4102 B1.
Note: ATEX / explosion-zone suitability must always be assessed for your specific installation by the operator.
